• Kim

  Hello, my name is Kim and my husband Aaron and I are the proud owners of The Goddard School in Springdale, AR. I graduated with a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Williams Baptist College. Later, I received a Masters in Elementary Education from Arkansas State University. I have spent the last twenty-five years teaching in public schools. I have always had a heart for children, so I decided opening a premier preschool experience would be perfect for my family and me. Although Aaron and I are a husband-and-wife team, I will be the on-site owner with Aaron as a supporting role in our school. Aaron served four years in the U.S. Air Force before attending Arkansas State University on a golf scholarship. He has spent the last twenty years in the insurance industry. We have two daughters, Bailey, Keylee, and a son-in-law Nick. I love running, spending time with family, and watching the Hogs. I am so excited for the opportunity to serve my community through childcare.

• Deanna

  Originally from New Jersey, Mrs. Deanna relocated to Northwest Arkansas in June 2023. She brings over 17 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and remains deeply passionate about helping children grow and thrive. Her greatest joy comes from supporting children’s development during their most formative years, from birth to age six, and watching them gain confidence, curiosity, and independence along the way. Mrs. Deanna is also dedicated to building strong relationships with families and staff, offering guidance and support wherever it’s needed. Outside of school, she enjoys building LEGO sets, reading, studying Spanish, and spending quality time with her family. As a lifelong learner, she seeks ways to learn, create, and connect in her everyday life.

• Viviana

  Born and raised in Wyoming, I recently moved to Northwest Arkansas (NWA) in the summer of 2025 after getting engaged. I’ve worked in education since fall 2020, teaching from pre-K through high school and specializing in special education. I value the variety of experiences I’ve had—building relationships with students, getting to know them, and watching them learn and grow has been incredibly rewarding. When I’m not in the classroom, I love enjoying a good cup of coffee, trying new restaurants, shopping, and spending time with my fiancé, family, and friends. I’m excited for this new chapter in NWA and all the adventures ahead!

• Adrianna

  Ms. Adrianna is excited to be part of the Goddard Springdale team. She has four years of experience working with children, including two years at the Children’s Museum in Sugar Land, TX. She loves creating a nurturing and loving environment where children can express themselves through art, dance, and other creative activities. In her classroom, Ms. Adrianna encourages each child to explore and develop their own unique personality. Outside of school, she enjoys junk journaling, reading, and watching movies.

• Alana

  Ms. Alana has been part of the Goddard Springdale team for almost two years and has three years of experience in early childhood education. She is deeply committed to fostering laughter daily and supporting the development of her preschool students. Outside the classroom, Alana enjoys walks with her dogs and spending time with her family.

• Ashlynn

  Ms. Ashlynn has been a part of the Springdale Goddard team since the school first opened and brings over six years of experience in childcare. She has worked with children from infancy through early elementary school, with a special passion for caring for infants. As the Infant 1 Lead Teacher, she focuses on supporting physical and cognitive development through play, sensory activities, and nurturing care. Outside of Goddard, Ms. Ashlynn enjoys trying new foods, spending time with her cat, and working on art projects.

• Brooklyn

  Ms. Brooklyn has spent the past two years working with infants and toddlers in childcare. She enjoys creating a fun, positive, and nurturing environment where little ones feel safe, happy, and excited to learn. Her favorite part of the job is watching each child grow into their own unique personality and being someone they trust and connect with. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Brooklyn enjoys reading, coloring, and building LEGO creations.

• Gracie

  Ms. Gracie has been a part of the Goddard team for over a year and brings 2½ years of experience in early childhood development. She is currently the Pre-K lead teacher, though she has enjoyed working with all age groups. Watching children grow, learn, and explore brings her great joy. Outside of school, Ms. Gracie is a proud single mom to two wonderful children, Mikayla (11) and Elijah (9). In her free time, she enjoys cuddling with her kids over a movie and cooking on the grill. She considers the Goddard team and her students like family and is grateful to be part of the community.

• Hannah

  Ms. Hannah is a teacher at Goddard and loves being part of the school community, especially since her daughter also attends here. With three years of experience working with young children, she enjoys watching little minds grow and exploring their imaginations. Outside of teaching, Ms. Hannah loves reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends. She’s thrilled to be part of the Goddard family!

• Jaqueline

  As the lead in the Bridge classroom, Ms. Jacky supports children during key early learning stages by providing a safe, structured, and nurturing environment that encourages communication, independence, and positive behaviors. Born and raised in Orange County, California, she recently graduated from Don Tyson School of Innovation in 2024. As the oldest daughter, granddaughter, and cousin, she enjoys spending time with her younger family members. Outside of school, Ms. Jacky enjoys traveling, shopping, and time with family and friends.

• Kayla

  Ms. Kayla is proud to be a part of the Goddard Springdale team and serves as the Lead Teacher in Infants 2. She is entering her seventh year in childcare and is passionate about supporting children’s development in all areas of growth. Ms. Kayla also has a son who attends Goddard Springdale, making her connection to the school especially meaningful.

• Pacious

  Ms. Pacious is proud to be a part of the Goddard School of Springdale team and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She has experience working in infant and toddler classrooms, and enjoys building strong bonds with each child as they grow and develop. Outside of school, Ms. Pacious enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and dogs, exploring new hobbies, and watching movies.

• Susan

  Ms. Susan is a teacher at Goddard Springdale and brings 11 years of teaching experience, along with 2 years of working with young children. She enjoys creating an engaging and nurturing environment that supports play-based learning. One of her favorite parts of working with children is hearing their stories and laughter. Outside of school, Ms. Susan enjoys gardening, creating art, and spending time with her son.

• Ashley

  Mrs. Ashley is proud to be a part of the Goddard Springdale team. She has over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and 9 years of experience working with adults with special needs. She finds great joy in seeing children grow, learn, and gain confidence each day. Originally from Marianna, Arkansas, she moved to Fayetteville in 2004. Outside of school, Mrs. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, traveling, and attending her sons’ football games.

• Faith

  Ms. Faith is a valued member of the Goddard Springdale team with over 40 years of experience working with young children. She thrives on helping children grow emotionally and intellectually in a safe and happy environment. Outside of school, Ms. Faith enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Pixie, a toy poodle, and Ash, a border collie.

• Kadence

  Ms. Kadence is thrilled to be part of the Goddard Springdale team. With nearly six years of experience in childcare, she loves helping shape young minds and hearts in a nurturing and encouraging environment. Her favorite part of each day is watching the children grow, explore, and discover new things. Outside of school, Ms. Kadence enjoys playing with her dog Huck, cozy movie nights with her roommates, and curling up with a good book.

• Kearstun

  Ms. Kearstun is an assistant teacher in the Preschool 2 classroom at Goddard Springdale. With over six years of experience working with young children, she loves creating a nurturing and engaging environment where students and families feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Seeing the children’s smiles and excitement each day is the highlight of her work. Outside of school, Ms. Kearstun enjoys reading and building puzzles.

• Sadie

  Mrs. Sadie is an assistant teacher who enjoys supporting young minds through a hands-on approach to learning. She finds great joy in watching children grow and build confidence as they learn new skills. Outside of school, Mrs. Sadie enjoys building LEGO sets with her husband, playing with her dog, and serving in her church.

• Vanessa

  Ms. Vanessa, an assistant teacher in the Twos classroom, has been teaching at Goddard since September 2025. She loves creating an environment where both students and families feel safe and understood, while also encouraging each child to express themselves individually. She particularly enjoys nurturing children’s curiosity, allowing them to explore and express creativity with classroom projects. Outside of school, Ms. Vanessa enjoys shopping, going for walks, and visiting coffee shops.

• Whitney

  Ms. Whitney, the Preschool 1 assistant, joined our team in July 2025. She loves facilitating classroom activities and giving students a helping hand whenever they need it. Her top priority is making every child feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore. Outside of school, Ms. Whitney enjoys baking, cooking, and spending time fishing.

• Alazaya

  Ms. Alazaya, also known as Jade, is excited to be part of the Goddard Springdale team. Although she is new to the school, she is passionate about creating a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment where every child feels comfortable being themselves. She finds great joy in watching children grow, explore, and learn, and loves seeing the smiles and excitement on their faces each day. Outside of school, Ms. Jade enjoys spending time with friends and family, journaling, and taking quiet moments for self-care whenever she can.

• Candice

  Ms. Candice is a valued member of the Goddard Springdale team with several years of experience in childcare. She aspires to become an elementary school teacher and truly enjoys working one-on-one with her students to build genuine connections, ensuring that every child feels safe, supported, and valued. Outside of school, Ms. Candice enjoys going on walks with her partner and their fur-baby, Clarabelle. She also loves trying new restaurants, thrifting, and traveling whenever possible.

• Deb

  Ms. Deb has been working with children for 19 years, supporting learners from infants through age 22. She loves nurturing curiosity, fostering independence, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment. Outside of school, Ms. Deb enjoys spending time with her family and loves traveling, camping, kayaking, hiking, attending sporting events, and all things outdoors.

• Kay

  Ms. Kay is honored to be part of the Goddard Springdale team. She values kindness, patience, and positivity, and strives to bring empathy into everything she does. She loves watching children grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence, and finds joy in seeing their unique strengths shine. Outside of school, Ms. Kay enjoys movie nights, dinners with friends, and playing the piano.

• Kelley

  Mrs. Kelley has been a public school teacher for 32 years. Before returning to the classroom this year, she spent a year working in the infant room at Goddard. With a passion for working with children of all ages, she chose to continue supporting the Goddard community in the afternoons. Ms. Kelley enjoys watching children learn and grow, and her favorite part of teaching is building meaningful relationships with them. Outside of work, she enjoys browsing antique stores, spending time with her family and pets, and reading.

• Lindsey

  Ms. Lindsey is a floater at Goddard Springdale and has five years of experience working with children. She is currently a student at the University of Arkansas, studying Public Relations. Ms. Lindsey enjoys creating fun and engaging experiences for children and loves being part of their growth and learning. Outside of school, she enjoys playing the guitar and exploring all kinds of crafty projects.

• Makenzie

  Ms. Makenzie is currently finishing school to become a pediatric occupational therapist while working part-time at our school. She loves being part of a team that supports children as they grow, explore, and learn new things about themselves. One of her favorite parts of this job is watching the kids’ confidence and curiosity blossom each day. Outside of school, she enjoys staying active, baking, and spending quality time with friends and family, as well as discovering new activities that inspire fun and creativity.

• Mckenna

  Ms. Mckenna comes to us with three years of experience in childcare. She is passionate about creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to grow, learn, and explore. One of her favorite parts of teaching is watching each child develop their own unique personality and gain confidence in their abilities. Outside of school, she enjoys relaxing with a good book or TV show, spending time with friends, and exploring new activities that inspire creativity and fun.
