Kim & Aaron
Hello, my name is Kim and my husband Aaron and I are the proud owners of The Goddard School in Springdale, AR. I graduated with a Bachelors in Elementary Education from Williams Baptist College. Later, I received a Masters in Elementary Education from Arkansas State University. I have spent the last twenty-five years teaching in public schools. I have always had a heart for children, so I decided opening a premier preschool experience would be perfect for my family and me. Although Aaron and I are a husband-and-wife team, I will be the on-site owner with Aaron as a supporting role in our school. Aaron served four years in the U.S. Air Force before attending Arkansas State University on a golf scholarship. He has spent the last twenty years in the insurance industry. We have two daughters, Bailey, Keylee, and a son-in-law Nick. I love running, spending time with family, and watching the Hogs. I am so excited for the opportunity to serve my community through childcare.

Lauren
Mrs. Lauren graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Southern Arkansas University. Lauren comes to The Goddard School with over 8 years of experience in childcare and education, starting as an elementary teacher in the Arkansas Public School system before transitioning into a preschool administration role. As a former kindergarten teacher, Lauren developed a passion for understanding how children learn at an early age and how to prepare them for success in their early years of school. She aims to create a positive environment where children are free to safely engage with their surroundings, investigate their curiosities, build friendships, and feel loved everyday. Lauren and her husband of 16 years, Seth, have two children, Brycen and Harrison. In her free time, she enjoys baking, shopping, being outdoors, and spending time with friends.
